The main problem is that there are too many guilds which makes it harder for every guild to recruit. It'd be best if we had guilds disbanding or merging so there'd be more core raiders to recruit.

Instead of helping to recruit or help other members they go to a guild just that step up and its the same people who will then leave that guild for next one who are just that next step up after that.

People want to go places now so rather than help they jump. On bladefist there are too many jumpers and not enough helpers. People move guilds too quickly on this realm thats part of the problem too.

Bladefist: Too many guilds, not enough people. Really wish you good luck recruiting, it will probably take a while :\ .. But that's just me and my negative attitude.

Its turnover time, its that time of the year when a group of people leave and we start to recruit more. Nothing too much to worry about happens every now and agian.
