I just had the strangest experiance with a hand dryer in tesco. It almost blew my hand off......... Much like a night in with pes if u substitute hand for various other body parts I suppose

and doesnt OpenDNS just act as a DNS server from a given IP? perhaps you could access sites by mac address or IP instead of relying on a DNS lookup? Google language proxy might work etc...
